Vienna Bread - cooking recipe

1 loaf unsliced bread (day-old)
1/4 lb. butter
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation

Slice bread not all the way through.
Melt together butter, chopped
onion, dry mustard, lemon juice, Lawry's seasoned salt and poppy seed.
