Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake well.
    Add all other ingredients except pecans and parsley.
    Blend well and shape into log.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
