Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped roast or ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. gravy
    2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, gravy and seasonings.
    Place in buttered casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are slightly browned.
