Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground venison
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties.
    Cook on barbecue grill, 4 inches from coals or broil in oven for 10 minutes on each side (less for rare burgers).
    Serve immediately in hot burger buns.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
