Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    1 heaping c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Drain off as much water as possible. Beat eggs slightly.
    Put into grated potatoes. Add salt.
    Add flour a little at a time while stirring.
    Fry in greased skillet until golden brown on both sides. Makes about 10 pancakes.
