Lemon Snaps(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. butter
    5 eggs
    4 c. cake flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 lemon rind and juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter until smooth.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Place teaspoons of dough on pan, leaving much room for expansion.
    (Snaps come out about 4 inches in diameter.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
