Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
3/4 c. water
1 c. white Karo
1 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Cook 3 cups sugar and 3/4 cup water until it forms a thread; add slowly to well beaten egg whites.
While you are doing this, take 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water, then add to first mixture. Beat and beat.
