Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 can fruit cocktail with juice
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs and fruit cocktail.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Spread evenly into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Mix nuts and brown sugar.
    Sprinkle on cake.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, then 10 to 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
