Italian Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together until blended. Add tuna, cheese, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Stir well.
    Spoon into pie crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
    Serve hot, cut into wedges.
    Makes 6 servings.
