Easy Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rigatoni
    1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    sauteed mushrooms, cooked zucchini or cooked spinach (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and drain the pasta.
    Mix with half the sauce, the cottage cheese, half the Parmesan and the optional ingredient(s). Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
