Home Fried Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Slice potato (thin) and cook in butter; add water.
    Cook for 1/2 hour.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 8.
