Amish Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fine cracker crumbs
3 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix hamburger, crumbs and water.
Put on baking sheet; refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in skillet.
Put in roaster and pour mushroom soup over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 20 to 25 minutes.
