Rotini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. garden twirl noodles
1 can Hunt's spaghetti sauce (traditional)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 carton fat-free Ricotta cheese
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 can black olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Cook noodles per directions; drain.
Mix all other ingredients saving 1/2 of Monterey Jack cheese for topping.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Serves 10 easily.
