Cherry Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cherry jello
    2 c. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; add enough water to make 2 cups.
    Bring to boil; add jello and cool.
    When cool, add pineapple and pie filling.
    Refrigerate until gelled.
    For topping, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over salad.
