Caramel Corn (Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Karo syrup (preferably dark)
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook all ingredients, except popcorn and soda, for 3 minutes. Add soda.
Pour over popped corn in brown paper bag and shake. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes more; shake.
Cook for another 1 1/2 minutes and shake.
Pour into serving bowl immediately and serve.
