Sweet-Sour Small Wild Game - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. wild game meat
    flour
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Roll the meat in salted flour and saute in margarine until browned.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook until softened.
    Place contents in a deep baking dish, add the remaining ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
