Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 summer squash
    1 large white onion
    5 strips bacon
    2 eggs
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Cut up squash and green pepper and chop onion finely.
    Put in pan; cover and cook over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally (20 to 30 minutes).
    Add 1 stick of butter.
    Cook separately 5 bacon strips and crumbled into mixture.
    Beat 2 eggs and add.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put into casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
