Jewish Apple Cake(Low-Fat, No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 apples, cored, peeled, quartered and sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Toss together apples and cinnamon.
    In another bowl, combine honey, oil, yogurt and eggs; beat well.
    Add water and vanilla. Mix remaining dry ingredients in a small bowl.
    Add to the liquids.
    Blend well.
    Stir in apples.
    Spoon into an 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat on counter to settle.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
