Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 3/4 c. seedless red grapes
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. soy sauce (LaChoy)
    2 tsp. lemon juice (concentrate)
    Boston lettuce or leaf lettuce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, mandarin oranges and celery.
    In another bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
    Mix well. Stir this into chicken mixture and toss to coat.
    Cover and chill for 8 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
