Frozen Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    20 crushed graham crackers
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix crackers, margarine and sugar together; put half of crust in buttered 6 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Cream the cheese (should be at room temperature); add sugar and stir well.
    Add well beaten egg yolks and whipped cream.
    Fold in beaten egg whites to which salt has been added.
    Pour over crust and cover with remaining crust.
    Freeze.
    This recipe can be doubled and placed in 9 x 13-inch pan.
