Christmas Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
1 small pkg. orange jello
1 or 2 bananas (sliced)
1 c. pecans (optional)
2 graham cracker crust pie shells
Preparation

Mix pie filling, pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Add cornstarch and boil until thick.
Remove from heat and add jello, mixing well.
Let mixture completely cool, then add bananas and pecans.
Pour into unbaked graham cracker crust.
Makes two regular pies.
May top with cool whip.
