Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 Tbsp. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic in heavy 4-quart saucepan, stirring until ground beef is crumbly.
    Drain. Stir in soup, undrained beans, vinegar and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring mixture. Ladle into serving bowls.
    Top with sour cream and green onions. Yield:
    6 servings.
