Chalupas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pinto beans
pork loin roast
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 can diced green chiles
Preparation
-
Soak beans overnight.
In crock-pot, simmer beans for 6 hours with roast on top.
Shred pork roast into beans, discarding fat and bones..
Add spices.
Stir.
Serve on flour tortillas with shredded cheese and salsa.
