Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake mix (prepared according to directions on box)
    1 large frozen coconut
    1 large creme of coconut
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large extra creamy Cool Whip
    maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare one cake mix in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    When done, pour creme of coconut over cake.
    (Retain 1 tablespoon for icing.) Cool cake.
    Combine all icing ingredients and top with coconut. Garnish with cherries, if desired.
