Your Own Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. coriander seed
    1/4 c. ground turmeric
    4-inch cinnamon stick, broken
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 Tbsp. cardamon pods, shelled, or 1 tsp. cardamon seed
    1 tsp. whole black pepper
    5 whole cloves
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in shallow baking pan in 200\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Place mix in blender and blend until well ground.
    Package in 1/4-cup portions.
    Makes 3.
