Cranberry-Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs or 1 c. frozen egg product
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly with cooking oil.
Slowly add sugar.
Sift and combine flour, soda and spices.
Mix with egg mixture.
Add canned pumpkin and blend in.
Fold in chopped cranberries.
Grease 2 loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch, and bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
You may wish to top with vanilla icing.
