Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 egg yolks
    5 beaten whites
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 can coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening; add sugar and egg yolks and beat. Sift flour and soda; add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Fold in beaten whites.
    Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0.
