Fish And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp
    1 1/2 lb. halibut or haddock
    1 qt. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 medium bay leaves
    6 peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 small sweet pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chilies
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook shrimp.
    Combine water, onion and condiments in 3 to 4 quart casserole.
    Wrap fish in double cheesecloth.
    Bring to boil over high heat.
    Simmer on low 8 to 10 minutes (save broth).
    Cut up shrimp; flake fish.
    Add veggies.
    Beat lemon juice and oil. Stirring constantly, add 2/3 cup of broth, tomato paste and pepper. Toss and let marinate for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 first course servings.
