Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. can pineapple chunks drained
    1 11 oz. can Mandarin oranges drained
    1 10 oz. jar Maraschino cherries drained and reserve juice
    2 bananas
    1/4 c. fat-free or light sour cream
Preparation
    Drain all fruit, reserving a little (3 to 4 tsp.) cherry juice for dressing.
    Mix together pineapple chunks and cherries. Blend together sour cream and a little cherry juice to taste for dressing.
    Fold oranges and dressing into pineapple and cherries. Cover and refrigerate.
    Add sliced bananas just before serving.
