Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 egg
    3 c. White Lily buttermilk corn meal mix
    1/2 c. White Lily self-rising flour
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Pour 1/2 of melted margarine into a mixing bowl and pour remaining margarine into bread pan.
    Add remaining ingredients to melted margarine and add enough buttermilk to mixture to blend and mix well.
    Pour into bread pan and cook until golden brown.
