Chicken With Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts, quartered lengthwise
    1/2 c. flour with salt, pepper and a lot of oregano
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped or 1 large can whole tomatoes and 1 small can whole tomatoes, drained or 1 large can whole tomatoes, not drained (both should be chopped)
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dry basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shake chicken in flour mixture, saute in oil until golden brown in a frying pan.
    Remove chicken.
