Shrimp And Crabmeat Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream cheese
    1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. green onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
    1 c. bottled chili sauce
    salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in lemon juice and water.
    Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
    Transfer to 15 individual salad or gelatin molds and chill until firm.
