Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. minced onions
1 egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut tops off peppers.
Remove seeds and membrane.
Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
