Chinese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head bok choy, chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
5 or 6 green onions, sliced (greens, too)
4 oz. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 pkg. Ramen chicken soup (crush the noodles)
2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation

Break up noodles and brown in 1/2 stick oleo.
Drain noodles on paper towel.
Brown chicken on all sides until cooked through.
