Grandma Lyla'S Yummy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into boiling chicken stock or soup that you want to add dumplings to.
They will fluff and rise to the surface when cooked.
In our family, the dumplings are set aside from the soup and flavored with butter, salt and pepper and eaten while soup is cooling.
