Red And Green Christmas Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. tapioca
    4 c. water
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    green food coloring
    1 pt. cinnamon apples (red)
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, tapioca, water, lemon juice and salt.
    Cook together for about 7 minutes, until starts to thicken.
    Cover and let set for 1/2 hour.
    Add vanilla and a few drops of green food coloring.
    Stir.
    Cool and refrigerate, if not using right away. Will make 2 dishes.
