Lee County (S C) Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can onion soup
    1 soup can broth
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook, debone and cut one whole chicken into bite-sized pieces. Spread into bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Combine cream of celery soup, onion soup and broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Combine milk, flour and melted margarine.
    Pour over other.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
