Lentil Nut Loaf Or Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lentils, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts or seeds
1 onion, quartered
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation

Blend oats until fine and put in mixing bowl with chopped nuts or seeds.
Blend smooth remaining ingredients.
Mix all together. Let set for 10 minutes.
Place in Pammed loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or shape into patties and bake 30 minutes.
Turn patties over and bake 10 minutes more.
