Concord Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Concord grapes, seeded
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry (2 crusts)
Preparation
    Place seeded grapes in pastry.
    Combine sugar, flour and egg. Mix well.
    Spread over grapes, dot with butter.
    Seal above filling with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes longer.
