White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    3 (6 oz.) cans minced clams
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated Parmesan cheese
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oil; add garlic.
    Cook until soft.
    Add clams with their juice and add remaining spices.
    Bring to a simmer; pour over drained, cooked spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Lemon juice is optional.
