Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked shredded chicken
    1 pkg. cheese Doritos
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    garlic to taste
    cumin to taste
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl combine soups, Ro-Tel, seasonings and cheese.
    Add Doritos.
    Mix well.
    Pour in a casserole and top with Cheddar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Can be split into 2 casseroles and frozen.
