Caramel Corn(Yields 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. light molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a paper bag (grocery bag).
    Add 1 1/2 cups of peanuts, if desired.
    Combine all the other ingredients and microwave ingredients on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until it boils.
    Microwave for 2 minutes more. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
    Pour syrup mixture over popped corn and peanuts in bag.
    Microwave for 1 minute; shake. Microwave another minute and shake.
    Repeat once.
    Pour onto cookie sheet and separate.
    Cool.
