French Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    20 medium-sized fresh mushrooms
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk, beating well.
    Stir together flour and salt.
    Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture and dip in egg mixture. Roll in corn flake crumbs.
    Deep fry in hot oil (350\u00b0) until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately.
