My Inexpensive But Good Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. hot water
    6 Tbsp. melted Crisco
    8 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Dissolve sugar and salt in the 3 cups hot water (from tap).
    After sugar and salt are dissolved, let cool, then add yeast.
    Stir with wooden spoon.
    Add about 5 cups flour to make a batter.
    Beat vigorously to incorporate air.
    Now, add Crisco and mix until shine is gone. Add more flour and mix until batter doesn't take the flour.
