Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add vinegar and all other ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour in pie shell at 250\u00b0.
