Cheeseburger Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (2 c.)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan, brown meat; drain off excess fat.
Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green peppers, bouillon, salt and 1 1/2 cups water.
Cover and cook until veggies are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
