Reuben Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving pieces, uncooked
1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed
Swiss cheese, sliced thin to medium
1 1/2 large bottles Thousand Island dressing
celery seed
Preparation

Place chicken into ungreased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Place slices of cheese on top of chicken.
Spread sauerkraut on top of first layer of cheese.
Put cheese over sauerkraut also.
Sprinkle on celery seed.
Pour dressing evenly on top.
Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
