Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat cheese and Ricotta; add eggs, sugar, cornstarch, flour, etc.
    Last add sour cream.
    Beat until smooth. Start in cold oven.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Let cake cool over or in oven for 2 hours.
