Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour melted margarine over sugar.
    Beat eggs, milk, coconut and vanilla in a bowl with sugar and margarine.
    Mix all together well.
    Put in 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until coconut is golden brown.
