Layered Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
1 head lettuce, broken into small pieces
1 red onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pt. real mayonnaise (regular or lite)
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Place salad items and bacon in layers.
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar and cheese.
Top the salad with this dressing. Do not mix in!
Cover tightly and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Toss when ready to serve.
